How we win pedestrian accidents
Most pedestrian accidents occur at night where the driver claims they didn’t see the pedestrian until it was too late. So we use physics to determine whether the driver should have seen the pedestrian. We calculate time and distance required for the vehicle to come to a complete stop. We then determine the distance of visibility illuminated by the vehicle’s headlights. We incorporate our findings into a mathematical formula to determine if the driver could have stopped within the area illuminated by their headlights. We apply our results to safety standards which say that no driver shall drive at a speed which is dangerous to pedestrians.
We have successfully recovered compensation for a pedestrian who was killed walking in the middle of a major freeway at 3:30 a.m. No lawsuit was required.
